Having been with them for over two years now I still do not understand why the incompetency. I had overpaid my previous loan yet they have failed to debt back the amount into my account nor did they settle it with a recent loan I took.... I made them aware of this with the account statements attached, yet not only did they ignore me, the amount is still not returned to my account
