Wonga repayment
Good Day
My name is Anathi Jobo and I have a loan with Wonga. I failed to make payments due to not having money at the time but I have done arrangements with the legal department to pay off the debt in monthly installments of R250 from April 25 2020 and every month since then I have not skipped a payment. What then puzzles me is the fact that you guys keep sending me emails of my account being in Arrears and handed over to the legal department and no amount paid is showing on my account.
The reference number on my monthly bank statement is Inallianc D***. Please resolve this issue and update my account so I can see how much I know have outstanding on my balance so I can know my status for the loan.
Your soonest response will be highly appreciated.
