Account has been paid up on the 24 october 2020 but still not updated which is affecting my credit score i dont know why they don't update cause I don't owe them anything

Once you settle your loan an automated response gets sent to all
credit bureaus to have your ITC profile updated and it is unknown
if the credit bureaus has any backlogs.

paid up letter was emailed to your registered email address
