I am still waiting fo feedback regarding my paid up letter and for my bureau to be updated. Wonga does not respond to any customer queries and must be reported to the regulator.

Hi Thabo,

We're awaiting on a response from HTN debt review to confirm if

loan reference *** has been paid and settled in full,

and will feed back to you once we receive confirmation.

Loan reference *** has updated and we have emailed

you a paid up letter to your registered email address.

An update has been sent to all credit bureaus to have your

ITC record updated.
