Wonga outdated
Iwhy does wonga not update with credit bereau's, all my other creditors update on a monthly basis however Wonga last updated 31 January, I have sent numerous emails and made many phonecalls only to be told it has been escalated to the specialists, there has been 2 debits and 1 manual payment but still nothing is updated, what can I do?

We're so sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Your account was escalated through to our Complaints team and an update request
has been sent through to all credit bureaus to have your ITC profile updated.
We have requested that you be included in all correspondence being sent to the credit
bureaus. Our previous update requests have been sent and we are investigating why
your details were not updated.
Once again we will have your query resolved as soon as possible and it depends on the
credit bureaus and their turn around times as it can take any time from 1-30 days
depending on their backlog but will mark your request as urgent.

11 Apr 2020, 13:06All my other debits that go off on the same day as Wonga are updated within 5 days but Wonga last updated in January, I am pretty sure the problem does not lie with this so called back log at bureaus but pure negligence on your part!,
My attempt to explain it to your call Centre has been going on for a little over a month, I finally get copied into an email which excludes compuscan and XDS I find this appalling and once I am done I would definitely not make use of this service again as the negative impact is not worth it at all
