Wonga - or WongaUseless
If I could give them zero rating, I would. I have always used Wonga and have always paid on time.. I had an issue with my salary one month and they ignored both of my requests regarding this for assistance. I then get a threatening message about collections eventhough they weren't slow to debit me as soon as my salary came in. I will never use you again, there are other companies that provide better customer service.

Wonga does not have an internal collections department thus
your account being handed over to one of our debt collections agencies.
We can confirm that a debit order takes upto 24 hours to reflect,
once your payment has been allocated and your account has been updated,
our collections department will stop all communications.
