Wonga not responding to emails about my credit

I paid my account in full a few days before the debit order was due, and the debit order still went off on 1 Nov. Since then, I have emailed customer care and collections multiple times to ask what will happen to my credit from the debt order in this case and I am following up with no response. This is incredibly frustrating and I don't understand why there is radio silence.
