Wonga messed up my credit score

I took out a R8000 loan in December for 6 months. The instalment is deducted every month via debit order but to my surprise, Wonga reported that I missed my instalment for February and therefore that affected my credit score. I am SO disappointed because I’ve never missed any payment. This is definitely the last time I use Wonga.

Just to add on, The national credit act states that it is ******* for a lendor to report a borrower’s account as unpaid when it is actually up to date. It further states that it is the Le dot’s responsibility to report accurate and up-to-date information.

Should this not be fixed, I will be laying a formal complaint to the National Credit Regulator.
