Wonga Loans do not care about ***** being committed

Good day to you. Wonga is sending me sms'es about debt that I never took. I suspect that an disgruntled ex-employee used my number, as I frequently get random calls asking to speak to her. I think she **** about her real cellphone number, knowing that if they try to find her to honour the debt, then they won't be able to reach her. I reported it to Wonga's ***** division. They simply indicated that they don't care AND that they can't and won't change the number. I suppose if they don't care about *****ulent actions and getting their money back, then why should I. It is just very disappointing that they would not take ***** seriously; one would think that they would. With electronic messaging, you can block that number a 100 times, and it will still keep popping up. So now I'm stuck with getting this person's "you owe us money" messages. And with them not caring that she committed *****, I'm almost hoping that they don't get their money...maybe a lesson needs to be learned her.

I suggest OTP when setting up a loan, so that you know the cellphone number given, is in fact that of the person borrowing the money...
