They chance payment dates as it suits them. They claim to have send an email in saying that they will be deducting the payment on the 14/12/2022 as the agreement states month end for payment. When you dont respond they ASSUME you agree to the payment on 14/12/2022. Then they hand you over to Blake collections for collection, stating you are in the arears. Where as to actual fact you are not in the arears. Won't use this company again
