I have just placed a post with regards to the service that I've had from WONGA. Shortly after placing the post, Carl Kearns called me. He sheared with me that they are aware of ***** that is commited outside of WONGA. He has also confirmed that the law actually states that no finacial company may ask you, the consumer, any fees to be paid upfront. The fees would normally be calculated and included to the loan application so that you as consumer don't have the burden of first finding the money to pay, before your loan is paid. Further to this he has also informed me that WONGA do not provide long term loans. And even further to that, WONGA will not communicate with a potential customer from any other email address than a ********** The ******** that I've been ****med by had an email address ********** Fellow South Africans,I appologise to you and WONGA for any inconvenience I might have caused. As mentioned above, use these pointers that was provided by Carl and beware that you are not being ****med. Pity this is not the old South Africa anymore. Back in those days ******** was just another word in the dictionary and never heard of. Nowadays it's almost common practice. Thanks for the pointers Carl. Very valuable lesson I have learnt there.

Thank you Herman for the feedback. The compliment will be shared with Carl immediately.
Again we are sorry you have experienced this unfortunate situation.
