Wonga loan stuck on income verifiction step

I freaquently use Wonga and never had any issues before, however i made an application yesterday and seems to be atuck on income verification, this has not happened before. Ive sent an email but learnt that Wonga seldom replies to customers via email. I tried to call, but no answer. Does your contact centre number work as there is no answer?
