Wonga is *********** and has no care for clients

I too a loan for R5500 in December 2021 and paid that in full with interest on the agreed date in jan....also too a loan of R4500 and paid it in full on the agreed date.... now I can't even buy property for my kids as these load are still Flagged active on my itc... when I send emails they do not respond and their call cancer is like that of a government call center you stay on hold for more that an hour.... wonga has not just unconvinced me but messed up the well being of my kids can hello Peter please advise how to take this up with ncr and the ombudsmen I can't let my kids suffer while I know I can quality for a home this is not right and they don't care they are a business and they are making money they should be employing ppl to take our calls this is bad and they must give not give us this nonses of saying clearescore is not a valid barue as financial institutions make use of it to rate ppl
