Wonga Is A Mess Of A Company

Good day ,I would like to share my experiences with people about wonga loans had a loan with them in 2018/2019 and I was paying in time every month until I got retrenched and I was told to send through all relevant retrenchment documents for insurance purposes so that insurance cause take over as all loans and credits have insurance and I did exactly that.i was informed that I should not stress about SMS'es that will come through on my phone because their system works differently and they will stop once insurance has paid everything up little did I know in 2019 March I will be harrassed by them again saying I owe wonga money..

I currently don't owe anyone anything including wonga but on my credit profile wonga appears and the is a law firm that they even appointed to harrass me about credit that I know nothing about, I am also awaiting feedback from the Credit Ombudsman about this wonga thing cause it is affecting my credit score cause I want to buy a house hence I paid all my credits in 2019 ...So people just to warn anyone out there regardless of how desperate you are Never go to wonga they are a mess of a company let alone their staff don't have clues about how to run or maintain a business including management if they have cause I was send from pillar to post about my issue....
