Be careful for these people. My fiancee took out a small loan, we've paid it back in full and sent all the proof of payments to them, yet they refuse to acknowledge the payments I made and now keep calling to recover their debt. Its completely laughable because the people phoning aren't interested in what you have to say, they just keep trying to convince me to pay again. The people don't even know how to do an allocation to an account, when somebody sends you a proof of payment and says its for this account, they just refuse to believe it! Never will I use this company again, nor will I recommend it to anybody I know, in fact I will continue to warn people against them until this issue is sorted out. Its harassment when you get phoned 20 times a day, and each time its a different person you must explain things to, they don't listen, just interrupt when you're talking and end up shouting at you when you don't want to just agree to whatever they want.
