Wonga I'm disappointed
I'm deeply disappointed in wonga finance. As a regular client of theirs, I always pay them on time and in full. But due to one payment that I missed to pay, they handed me over to debt collectors. I mean I missed the payment but after all I'm paying them every other month after I missed the payment. Not even Waiting for me to settle my last payment end of this month, they hand me over. I mean they should know by now the clients and how they pay their debt but due to the crises we face we all struggle a little. They should just have waited and see if I would HVe paid them end of month and then contacted me and if I didn't pay them then consider to hand me over. But without me knowing jst hand me over. I mean I missed that payment 3 months ago but ever since I'm paying my account. I'm so disappointed.

Wonga does not do internal collections and works with debt collections agency's
that sets up repayment arrangements that are affordable.
