WONGA IGNORES MY EMAIL OF ME BEING UNEMPLOYED!!!

My employment contract was terminated and I notified Wonga via email, attaching relevant documents from former company confirming such etc Yes I do have a loan with them and yes, in the interim, I was struggling to get the amount from family and friends to pay Wonga (many are in financial difficulties already) but sadly, I could not! Today I receive an sms from Wonga stating that I am handed over!!!! which part of my email did they not understand??

I do not know why you team hangs up so quickly! the call rang for 13 seconds and then you team cuts it off!!!
