Wonga handed me over after missing 1 month payment

I got a short term loan from Wonga and unfortunately I missed a month and I was handed over to the attorneys I was not aware of this now I have to pay both the Lawyers and Wonga to me that is crazy cause couldn't the arrears accumulate on my initial loan . I made arrangements to make payment and I was told that the second time I make payment to the lawyers my arrears will still accumulate monthly which to me is really ridiculous
