Wonga going out of their way to fix a problem

After I send wonga all the emails. It was clear that I have been ****med. I must say the lady I spoke to really went out of her way to assist and they agree to refund me R1750. People. Plz be aware. Do not speak to anyone on emails. If you recieve an email with Wonga logo on. It's a ****. That I have only notice yesterday during everything. It's still unclear how that happen as I have reply the whole time..BECAREFULL
