Wonga fees

I have just app**** for a loan at Wonga and I was told to pay refundable attorneys fee to get the loan, after paying that now I'm told to pay another fee for clearance and transfer, is this normal please help. Because the amount that I am now supposed to pay before getting this loan is 20% of the loan amount I'm requesting.
