Wonga duplicate account
I have a Wonga account on my credit report with a balance of R2966. And another nimble account with a Balance of R3190. Which they claim is the same account. Yet VVM claims my Wonga account is handed over to them. I couldn't pay the account since vvm had been send me different balances. This account is ruining my credit report

24 Aug 2021, 11:49I have been sent from pillar to post by this companies because of wonga. My loan was handed over to Nimble. When i call they refer me to Norman Bisset. VVM claims they have the account. Yet none of this companies is able to provide me with a settlement letter

We can confirm that Wonga does not do internal collections and works with debt collections agencies that collects on Wonga's behalf.
Due to the length of time the account is overdue, it was ceded to Norman Bissett and Associates and you can contact them on ***.
Your ITC profile is listed on how you have conducted your debt on a monthly basis.
The loan is registered in your name and due to Wonga abiding by the rules and regulations set out y the NCA it is a requirement to upload your credit status and how you conduct your debt.
Wonga will update your credit report and it will stipulate that your account has been ceded.
