Wonga don't stick to arrangement

I am very disappointed with Wonga. I made arrangements to pay the loan off in 3 separate installments and they deducted the whole amount at once. I won't recommend wonga to anyone else as they do not care about their customers. Their operators are also not very friendly and don't care about assisting you.
