Wonga doesn't know their own terms and conditions

Do not loan any money from this company as they do not even follow their own terms and conditions. Even after following their terms and conditions when you have problems with paying it back they still hand you over to a debt collector without any notification at all then the debt collector places a debit on your account without you knowing and takes what ever money is in your account regardless if you paid a portion in that same month. Once you call the call center the supervisor on duty still claims that they have done nothing wrong and all blame falls with you and tells you that you should read the terms and conditions because it states that they can hand you over at any point. Once you have read it you learn that they can only do that once they have given notice or made alternate arrangements. They then promise that someone from management will call to rectify the problem but no such call back is ever made.
