Wonga does not remove my name from ITC,
I am really frustrated with wonga. I have had enough. It took me 2 months to find a way to contact you. I have made the payment on the 28th of November and was told I would have a paid-up letter in 14 working days. Please fix my name and remove the debt from the ITC. I don't know why we have to come to hello peter to get help. Here is my ID number ***. Please ensure that this gets sorted out immediately.

We have reviewed your account and can confirm that your loan was
settled on the 28th of November 2020.
Once your loan is settled the system automatically sends an update
request to all credit bureaus to have your ITC profile updated.
The credit bureaus has a turn around time of 5-30 days depending on
their backlogs.
We have emailed you a paid up letter to your registered email address
and we have re-escalated your account to all credit bureaus.
