WONGA DO NOT REPLY TO SETTLEMENT REQUEST

We were under Debt Review with Debt Rescue since 2016 and I have settled all my debt which was outstanding on my consumer statement on 23.04.2021 but not one Wonga account was outstanding and according to my knowledge Debt Rescue paid these accounts but out of the blue I got three Certificates of Balances for three Wonga accounts. I have emailed and emailed asking if this is correct is this not paid up by Debt Rescue and if not if we cannot get a better settlement amount on these three accounts and the letter said that the accounts is with HTN Attorneys and I also forwarded the email from HTN Attorneys to Wonga where they say the accounts are not with them. All I want to know is if these three accounts are really outstanding and can we get a better settlement amount because want to settle the accounts then if Debt Rescue did not pay it. Then there is also two amounts for one account number????
