Wonga de*****ing innocent poeple
I had a loan with the company which I explained was accidentally activated when just scrolling through and seeing which amount I can qualify for.
I called the customer vare lady the same day Eks dexoloane everything in detail.She explained to me as soon as the money reflects I must transfer it back and they will cancel all on their side.I did everything expected of me.
Come this morning a R400 was debited from my bank account.After calling I spoke with customer care again the lady assisted me in saying everything is on the system for finance to cancel the debit order and it was never done!!!!!!
My account is in arrear now my car repayment cannot go off because of this stupid wonga people that did not do their jobs!!!!
Now I have to wait 48 hours for my money while in distress about my car repayment that cannot be debitted!!!!!!
I want my money today in my account this wa snot my fault I did everything according the book I was told to do!!!!!!!!
I WANT MY MONEY TODAY!!!!
