Wonga *****- debited after account was settled.

Disgusting service. Settled my loan in November and was debited the same amount a few days later. I been calling since the 4th of December and emailed to all customer service email addresses NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I have not been refunded or given an explanation as to why I was debited after my account was settled and paid up ! This type of customer service is appauling, *****ing from their own customers. Do not use this service provider!!!!
