Wonga - Debicheck Approval Nt Paid

Good afternoon,

I app**** for a Payday loan in 26 August 2025. I went through the formal submission and even did the Debicheck approval. Refer to transaction account number ***.

I sent an email to Wonga to inform them that the money they claimed was deposited did not reach my account in late August and the whole of September 2025. I kindly requested they send me a proof of payment OR they ought to recalculate the interest and supply the funds. It has been a month and no action has been taken.

I now have an outstanding repayment amount (including interest) I am requested to make. Please advise as I have tried to call to clear; only to be met by caller bots.

Your assistance in removing this application will be appreciated.
