Wonga changing on me
I'm very concerned with the different numbers that send me my otp when I login to my wonga account. And I read my loan agreement and nowhere does it say they collect money on a weekend. I'm supposed to be debited on Monday but I received a text that I will be debited on Saturday, 2 days earlier than what we agreed on. I'm concerned about this.

The SMS you received is an automated reminder sent to accounts due for collection from today. We understand the confusion this may have caused, and we are currently looking into ways to prevent these messages from being sent to the wrong customers in future.
Please note that we can confirm your collection will only take place on Monday, as outlined in your loan agreement.
Regarding the different numbers: our OTP service provider may use different numbers when sending verification codes. This is similar to how platforms such as Facebook send OTPs from varying numbers.
However, we take the security of our customers very seriously. Could you kindly share the list of numbers you received messages from so that we can investigate further?
