Wonga changes stories everytime.

Good day.
I have been struggle since 30 april with Wonga.
I settled the loan in full two months before hand.
Today is 6 May and they keep changing the story.
They say it take 72 hours to reflect.
Now the consultant says the system is delayed.
I need my payment allocated immediately.
It was paid through easy pay.
I sent my received many times.
Easypay even sent me confirmation that the the funds were paid the same day.
I never missed a payment and now im settling 2 months before hand.
Please help me.
