WONGA: Causing me debt

WONGA - Not resolving their errors and causing me debt I made a Wonga loan and paid a settlement amount on 24 October 2022 upfront as per the settlement letter sent by Wonga. Since then Wonga keeps on trying to deduct money from my bank account, from October to December, and want to try again on 14 December 2022. I have sent emails to Wonga and Wonga and Blake consistently, and nothing is resolved. Wonga now owe me a substantial amount of money in bank fees deducted for unsuccessful debit orders and a related bank charge every time. I have spoken to Wonga employees, Blake employees. Blake employees acknowledged receipt of my proof of payment and Wonga's settlement letter - all to no avail. NOTHING has been done to resolve this issue.

I sent a copy of my bank statement to Wonga on 14 December. Then the following day on 15 December I had to send an updated statement. On 14th and 15th December Wonga still attempted to take payments from me.

Wonga, are you forcing me to report you to FAIS Ombud? Please note what you owe me now:
