WONGA BAD Service

I had paid off my debt with wonga loan back May 2020 and still they don't bother updating ITC as the account paid off and closed. I had called them several times and logged disputes with Compuscan and still no luck. Last time I called Wonga they asked me to send me my credit report so they can help me, and that does not make sense why should I share my private information with them.

Hi Victor,

We're so sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Please send us a private message with your ID number to access your account

and investigate why your ITC profile has not updated.

Once you settle your loan an automated response gets sent to all

credit bureaus to have your ITC profile updated and it is unknown

if the credit bureaus has any backlogs.

We can assure you that your query will be resolved.
