wonga assist to clean this up!
I have been handed over to a Nimble Group Associates by WONGA on an account settled already. I am struggling to get the matter settled - this despite WONGA issuing a settlement letter!

16 Jan 2023, 12:42Hi there
Yes, that is correct. The amount was reversed on the 24 and 25th July 2022. The debit finally went out on the 26 July 2022 to WONGA.
I have sent screenshot of NIMBLE demands on me to pay the R350 to NIMBLE which was claimed as excess due to the late/reversal
I have sent through all screenshots to WONGA and NIMBLE ON this issue - including the proof of payment. I made a payment of 9,307.54 to wonga on the 26 July
This is so frustrating as all text messages demanding the R350 from Nimble were sent to WONGA and Nimble - As I was questioning being bul****
I have all this evidence including my first complaint to WONGA - where I was issued with settlement letter
where is this additional amount coming from - I can prove all incoming loans from wonga!!!

17 Jan 2023, 20:21between 2022 May and to date only one loan was made into my account, and only one payment on the 26th July made to WONGA to settle. It is interesting that WONGA is now distancing itself from this mess without even asking me to substantiate this. Norman Bisset has been sending me from pillar to post for a loan I never took. How could i take a loan with WONGA while I still have an amount owing?

18 Jan 2023, 13:46i have just sent Nomarn Bisset proof of Debit on the 26th July 2022. Norman Bisset is claiming that I had 2 loans. for WONGA to expect me to directly deal with Norman Bisset without any mediation is really an unfair practice!

18 Jan 2023, 14:19It took me going onto this platform to get a response from WONGA AND NORMAN BISSET
I have proof of screenshots of demands for R350 from NORMAN BISSET SENT TO WONGA
I have had no response from WONGA regarding this matter; and yet you insist on what you present as a case of me owing WONGA.
This matter has resulted in me being listed unfairly, and still am not being listened to despite proof I have provided to yourselves and NORMAN BISSET. This has *****ed my financial record and has had an effect in job prospects!!! you have negatively impacted on my professional life.
