This is due multiple reversals of our debit order collections by your bank. All our payments have charged back and returned by your bank. Please speak to your bank and if they claim otherwise, they will need to provide a statement showing successful collections for the duration of the loan. 

If you have settled your Wonga using one of our alternative payment methods, please send us a copy of your proof of payment. Once your proof payment or bank statement showing successful collections is received, we will be sure to investigate and send the update as soon as possible.

All 3 instalments of R1 959.61 were reversed on the same day. 

You will need to speak to Capitec back about the reversals and please contact Norman Bisset & Associates to set up an arrangement for the outstanding amount.
