Wonga: A Nightmare Disguised as a Loan

I'm writing this review to warn anyone considering Wonga to run as far away as possible. Their customer service is a joke, their communication is worse, and their debt collection tactics are downright aggressive.

I made a timely payment on Saturday, only to receive a "Thank you for paying" SMS on Monday afternoon. But before I could even finish reading it, I got a call from Blake and an SMS saying my loan had been handed over to collections! I tried calling Wonga multiple times, but their automated system was a dead end, leading me to an unhelpful AI lady.

I'm absolutely shocked and frustrated by this experience. Wonga used to be my go-to for quick loans, but after this, I'll never recommend them to anyone. Their incompetence and lack of respect for their customers is appalling.
