I took a loan in june to be paid off in 3 months, which I did. After the loan was settled I kept receiving sms's that I owed them still. I went onto the site to verify that I still owed them and made sure my debt was cleared. I then emailed them and they rep**** with Hi, Thanks for getting in touch with us. We apologise for the length of time it's taken to get back to you. Upon investigation, it appears that your query has now been resolved as loan is paid in full. If this is not the case, simply reply to this email and we will investigate for you.

Only to receive more sms's to which I followed the same protocol, not once but several times with the same response.

This morning I receive an email from a debt collecting company claiming I owe the an amount of R112. I have now rep**** to that insisting that someone call me. It seems that this outfit is run by a bunch of *********** ******s who insist on harassing people. I have had enough.
