Wonga
Im very disapointed with Wonga and want to warn other consumers. Dont tri to communicate with Wonga, youl get nowhere, they dont reply or assist. Dont settle your account with them, there system shows incorrect settlements, they will only ad outstanding amount on your profile, and if you dont pay them they will not clear your ITC. Stay away people, there personnel and system is up to no good and ***********. There are many other good credit providers that deliver outstanding service.

We are sorry to learn that you are not happy with our service and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
As a responsible lender when you app**** for the loan, we ran a credit check with TransUnion – a well-known Credit Bureau in South Africa. Now that your Wonga loan is closed, we will alert TransUnion to update
your credit record with this information.
We send information daily to TransUnion to be updated and so your Credit Record should reflect this update within 30 working days of you repaying your loan.
In addition to this, we send a report once a month to the Credit Providers Association (CPA) with updated information for all the accounts closed during that month. This report is then circulated by the CPA
to the remaining Credit Bureaus.
If the 30-day period has passed and your credit report has not been updated, please provide us with a copy of your credit report from Compuscan, Experian or Transunion in order to request for the profile to be updated
Please keep in mind that Clearscore is not considered as a reliable credit report.
We hope this answers your query.
Thanks,
The Wonga Team
