What is the use of making payment arrangements?

Hi,<br> <br> I contacted Wonga loans to make payment arrangements between 9-20 February. I cant remember the exact date but I want the recordings though. <br> My reason for calling to make payment arrangements was due to having a second breakdown on my vehicle during the month. Thus I needed to fix my car. After phoning to make a 2 payment arrangement with Wonga just to ease the financial strain at the months end. I received the usual payday messages this morning and after taking a look at the amounts deducted I found that Wonga had deducted the full amount. What is the use of making arrangements if this happens? Now what do I do for the rest of the month? Who will feed my family? Wonga does not care. They are quick to take back money from the less fortunate people in South Africa after luring them with this easy fast loan in the case of an emergency. And when you honestly have a problem to pay back the full amount they say its fine you are allowed to make arrangements for 2 payments. I even arranged the date I will pay the money. <br> <br> I am seriously disgusted with the service and would not use this so called service again. Rather ask a friend to assist when I am in a difficult situation.
