Very Good Customer Service

I called Wonga today and I followed the voice prompts which are convenient enough, in order for me to speak to the next available operator. I waited for about roughly 2 minutes and I spoke to a very friendly lady but I couldn't hear her name very well. I asked her is it possible to make a payment now rather than the date that was agreed upon and she explained to me thoroughly the procedure and I understood perfectly. I thank her and Wonga very much and now I am a very happy customer through their great customer service.
