very bad Service from wonga

I had been very happy with Wonga services until now.

I have repaid your loan but now but when check online it shows I'm still owing u and the interest keep on going up. To make things worse, I inquired about this and your SLA has passed but you never bothered to get back to me.

Can u pleae fix this asap.
