30 Jul 2025, 15:35 Kindly be informed that your previous Wonga loan has been closed as paid up and therefore Wonga will not attempt to debit your account further. Please note that Wonga is unable to remove or deactivate the debicheck mandate once your loan is closed.
Although the mandate remains as active, we can assure you again that there will be no further debits. The active debicheck mandate can only be deactivated or removed by your bank, unfortunately this might be completed after a while.
Thanks
The Wonga Team
