Verification and follow up

There's almost literally no way to speak to an agent to follow up on an application. Application process get stuck on verification and it's been more than a few hours, feedback non existant.

I did twice without password protection and in pdf. Is there.no other way to get the statement to you. Also it takes a whole day to get feedback that you are unable to open a document.

Your application has been approved, funds will be paid out within 15 minutes once you have accepted the debicheck mandate.
