Useless. Dont waste your time.. Bad customer service

I had an loan at wonga.. And paid it up to date.. I had some difficulty paying due to funds was not available. So the put up an bad review on my credit status.. Once i got the cash i paid up the loan in one payment. But they dont even have the decency to go and fix it on my credit status. Now it still shows that i own them money and not paying..

But they are fast to hand you ower to get there money... Please get this fix and sorted out.. I expect to see on my status that my account is up to date.. Or your bad review removed.. Due to this i cant do anything.. But my account is paid...

If no action is taken or i dont get any feed back i will take further steps..
