Urgent bad service

I have taken a loan before it's been paid up haven't received any email stating thats it's paid .

Even app**** for a better loan with noting that I paid last loan im still getting bad service saying I must wait 48h of hours when I thought it was within 15mins its urgent I get feedback from yourll
