I arranged for an early settlement of my wonga balance. Wonga then overcharged me a further R2 300.i kept calling them and was told they money will be refunded to me within the next 24 to 48 hours. It has been 4 working days since the promised refund but I haven't received it. I spent over R100 in airtime trying to contact them, as I kept being placed on hold. They don't have the courtesy of calling you back should you run out of airtime. It is the festive season and I also have to make ends meet. Please help me recover my money. Thank you
