Updating of loan settlement on ITC.
Will never advise anyone to take up a short term loan with this company.I paid up my loan still it reflects as if i still owe them,they do not update ones payment now one can not apply for anything because of this company.Can you guys please update my payment i am tired of calling in every time.Can my query be resolved.I never gave you any problems in terms of paying my account ,all that you know is asking us to apply for a loan again. This is bull*^&t.

We humbly apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We have reviewed what transpired on your Wonga account and can confirm that on the
2nd of July you paid the amount of R110.00 and that is the date your account
updated as settled and paid in full.
Once your loan has updated on the system, an automated update request gets
sent to all credit bureaus to have your ITC profile updated and their turn around time for all updates
is 30 days.
We have re-escalated your account to the bureaus to have your ITC profile updated
and emailed you a paid up letter that you can issue to the bureaus should you details
not be updated in the next 30 days.
Should your ITC profile not be updated in the next 30 days, please contact the
credit bureau and query if they have any backlogs.
