UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE RECEIVED FROM WONGA
i had a loan with wonga finance S.A , which was settled in 2015 with landbou attorneys.i really need a paid up letter from wonga since my debt counsellor cannot issue a clearance certificate without the paid up letter, i have contacted the landbou attorneys on several occasions without any assistance, i have called wonga call center many times and sent several emails but up until to this day i haven't received a the paid up letter .

31st of March 2020 to your debt counselor that has to issue you with the
letter.
We have sent another request to our debt review department to have the
paid-up letter with today's date emailed to the email address provided.
