unhappy customer, no assistance from the contact centre

I started the loan application from the 30/05/2025 i was approved, but i was not receiving the debicheck, i did not receive the debicheck, the contact center is just a machine, i did not receive any assistance, the application fell away i app**** again same issues, then i jus app**** for the 3rd time same issues. I'm not happy wit wonga at the moment.
