Unhappy customer

I've used this app for more than a year , it's always been efficient. It's been more than 3 days and I am still waiting for it too be updated. This has never happened to me in the past , and I have tried every avenue too contact them. I've sent countless mails and made several phone calls. This kind of service is appalling, when they need their money they quick too send people too hound you and these people call you every minute of every hour from different phone numbers regardless of where you might be . I hope this could get resolved as soon as possible because I fear that they are trying too debit me again
