Unhappy

I am extremely disappointed with wonga this time around I hda app**** for a loan on the 11 of October 2025 and it is the 17 of October 2025 6days later and the amount hasn't reflected on my account, they had a technical error on their end as per their website and they were having that taken care of and still I haven't received the funds. And their customer care that takes 48 hours to respond back to emails, very frustrating and uncalled for, no communication or whatsoever. By the time they send it I will not be needing that Money anymore.
